Fruits and vegetables in everyday diet is recommended by many experts and one should eat at least five servings. The importance of fruits and vegetables for a healthy diet is a known fact. But very few people eat the amount of fruits and vegetables recommended as per some survey.

I always keep a choice to you as I cannot convince anybody while eating. Eat other foods which contains pesticides and other unhygienic foods or rely with foods and vegetables to stay healthy. Choice is yours.
